General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between bdtjdb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("the Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any product or service offered through the bdtjdb website and associated mobile interfaces. By creating an account on bdtjdb or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of every provision set out below.

1.3 Severability

2.2 Underage Access
Any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account is accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your identity documents, or a residential address that is not your true place of residence — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of balances.
3.3 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access your account on your behalf, or transfer your account to another individual. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and bdtjdb shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with anti-money laundering principles, bdtjdb may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. 4.1 Deposit Limits
The minimum single deposit on bdtjdb is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, enhanced due diligence may be required for large or unusual deposit patterns. 4.4 Currency
All account balances, bet placements, game stakes, bonus amounts, and withdrawal figures on bdtjdb are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), denoted by the ৳ symbol. bdtjdb does not support cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Any attempt to deposit via an unsupported method will result in the funds being returned to the originating source, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Failure to meet requirements within the stated period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus balance.
5.2 Bonus Abuse

5.3 Promotional Changes
bdtjdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has begun meeting its requirements, any qualifying progress made in good faith before the withdrawal date will be honoured, subject to review. 5.4 Employees and Associates
Employees of bdtjdb and their immediate family members, as well as contractors, affiliates, and third-party representatives directly involved in the operation of the platform, are not eligible to claim any player bonus, promotional offer, or free bet credit. Any such claim detected will be voided and the relevant account suspended pending review.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using bdtjdb, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws, these Terms, and the principles of fair play. You acknowledge that bdtjdb is a legitimate commercial platform and that any attempt to gain an unfair advantage, disrupt platform operations, or defraud other players or the platform itself will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms.
6.1 Prohibited Activities

6.2 Communication Standards
Players interacting with the bdtjdb support team, live chat agents, or any other platform communication channel must do so in a respectful and lawful manner. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language directed at bdtjdb staff or other players will result in immediate suspension of the player's account and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure
bdtjdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited behaviour, or if account closure is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory directive.
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Any player may request the voluntary closure of their bdtjdb account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bdtjdb will process any outstanding withdrawals of verified, non-bonus funds within the standard processing timeline and then close the account. If the closure request is made as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance returned to the player's verified payment method.
7.2 Involuntary Suspension
Accounts may be suspended without notice in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, suspected underage gambling, receipt of a chargeback, detection of duplicate accounts, detection of prohibited software usage, or receipt of a law enforcement or court order. During the suspension period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. bdtjdb will communicate the reason for suspension where it is legally permitted to do so.
7.3 Balance on Closure
Upon permanent account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances and winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure, regardless of the reason for closure.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtjdb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting or gaming activity, loss of data, or interruption of service.
8.1 Platform Availability
bdtjdb endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or events of force majeure (including natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failures in Bangladesh) may cause temporary interruptions. bdtjdb will not be held liable for bets lost, bonuses expired, or opportunities missed as a result of such interruptions.
8.2 Third-Party Game Providers
Many of the games available on bdtjdb are supplied by independent third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While bdtjdb selects only certified providers whose games use audited random number generators, bdtjdb cannot accept liability for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from within those third-party game engines. In the event of a game malfunction affecting the outcome of a round, the applicable provider's void-round policy will apply.
8.3 Betting Decisions

In any scenario where bdtjdb is found liable to a player under these Terms or applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability of bdtjdb to that player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bdtjdb account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
